A tool that feels like it has improved my life as a geophysicist a lot.
By now there is a lot of tools out there to do my geoelectrical inversion, I use many to a bigger or lesser degree. They inculude AarhusInv, PyGimli and SimPEG. Finally in 2026 a new tool has come to my toolbox and somehow it has opened a world to me again that had lost a bit of colour.
Anyone working with geoelectrics I would highly encourage you to test and and try it out.
